Orders & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
We use Royal Mail to ship all orders. We usually ship orders two-five working days after receiving your order. You can track your order using the Royal Mail Tracking Page. Please note, times are just an estimate and delivery times can vary.

Where do you deliver?
We can deliver to any address in the UK.
I haven't received my order
If you haven't received your order and it has been ten days since your estimated delivery date, we suggest you contact Royal Mail first as they still may have it. If Royal Mail declare your order as Lost, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Can I amend my order after checkout?
We advise you make any changes to your order as soon as possible as we start working on your order as soon as payment has been confirmed. Orders marked as Shipped can not be changed, in which case, refer to our Returns Policy.
How do I make sure my shipping address is correct?
To add or change your shipping address, login to your account and go to your profile, click the icon to add a new address or change and existing one, then click save.
How do I view my order history?
To view your orders, log in to your account and click Orders. This will bring up all your past orders.
Do you offer large purchase discounts?
We are all for helping you raise awareness for your cause. So, if you are looking to purchase a large quantity of our products for a group event or fundraiser, contact us and tell us about your event, we will be happy to apply a discount on your order to help get the ball rolling.
Please note, the discount given is subject to many variables.

Returns Policy
I want a refund/exchange
If you change your mind about your order, or want an exchange for something else, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
How do I return my order?
To request a return, contact us, providing as much information as possible, along with your order number. If you are returning due to a fault, provide clear images of the issue. Once we accept your return, you will need to send the unwanted items to us. Once we receive the items, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
I requested a refund, when will I get my money back?
As soon as we receive your unwanted items, we will issue your refund. The money should arrive in your account within five working days. This time is dependant on your banking provider. If it has been ten working days since we have confirmed your refund, contact your bank, before contacting us.
Do you offer Store Credit?
Yes. We offer Store Credit as a refund option. To view your Store Credit balance, simply visit your profile
When Store Credit is available to spend, you will have the option to use the balance at checkout
My order arrived faulty/damaged
Once you receive your order, we suggest you inspect your items to ensure there are no issues. If your items are faulty in any way, contact us with your order number, providing as much detail as possible, as well as clear photos of the issue. You can chose to get a replacement or a refund.

Login to your account
Click the silhouette icon at the top of the screen to go to the login page and enter the email used to create an account. Enter the OTP sent to your email.
Please note, if you enter the wrong email address, a new account will be created. To remove the unwanted account, contact us and we will remove it from our system.
Create an account
Click the silhouette icon at the top of the screen to go to the login page. Enter the email you wish to use for your account. We will then send you a OTP to login which you will use to login (no passwords to remember here).
I have lost access to my email
If you no longer have access to the email associated with your account, you have two options. You can either make a new account, any outstanding orders will still be delivered and we will send you any updates. Or, we can update your account with a second email and you will keep all your order history and account information.
Do I need an account to shop with SAYIT Fashion?
Not at all. You can checkout as a guest if you don't want to make an account with us.
Product Information
What materials are used to make your products?
Our products are made using 100% cotton or a combination of cotton and other materials, and are all organic, vegan, and/or eco-friendly. For information about specific items, check the product details page.
All products are produced by PETA, GOTS, and/or Oeko-Tex certified manufacturers.
What inks are used to make the designs?
We use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe and reduce environmental waste. The Kornit ink is also Vegan and eco friendly.
Are your products ethically made?
Absolutely! Our manufacturers are WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) certified, which means they operate in ethical and humane conditions.
Why are your prices so high?
All of our products are made with ethically sourced and sustainable materials, using sustainable practises. For this reason, our suppliers charge more to sell them to us. With this in mind, we have kept our retail prices as low as possible, leaving us with the lowest margin of profits, and you with higher quality fashion.

Please refer to the individual product pages for accurate measurements to determine what size you need. The sizes for each style may vary slightly.
What are the wash care instructions for my items?
All of our products have clear wash instructions on them.
Always check the label before washing to keep your clothes looking newer for longer.
In general, most of our products have the following wash instructions:
